Do you ship internationally?
We deliver worldwide from our workshop in London. To avoid any losses in transit, we exclusively offer DHL tracked shipping on international orders, with free shipping available for orders over a certain amount. Please see the next question for our full pricing and estimated timings.
What are your shipping costs?

Standard 1st class – 2-4 days – Free
Next day delivery (order by 12pm) – £5
Europe:
DHL tracked – 3-5 days – £16 / €20 / $22
Free shipping for orders over £130 / €150 / $160
USA:
DHL tracked – 3-5 days – £15 / €18 / $19

The times given are estimated arrival times. Although we make every effort for your products to arrive as quickly as possible, we cannot guarantee an arrival window. Orders are usually shipped within one day and once shipped you will be provided with full tracking information.
What is your returns policy?
Our absolute priority is your skin, happiness and wellbeing. Whilst we feel confident that you will love our products as much as we do, if for any reason you are not satisfied, we will of course issue you with a full refund. If you have any questions or concerns, please email us at care@lacremebeaute.com.
If you would like to return a product, please send it back to us within 30 days of receipt to the below address. Please note the following:
- Please enclose your name, address, and reason for return along with your product.
- We ask that all products be wrapped securely to avoid damage during transit.
- We recommend using a tracked delivery service as we are regrettably unable to take responsibility for goods lost in transit.
- Postage is non-refundable unless the product is faulty or damaged.
- We aim to handle all returns within 7 working days of receipt.
- Unfortunately, if you purchased your Lacrème Beauté products from an alternative retailer, we are unable to process a return for you. Please contact them directly for their returns policy.

Can I gift-wrap my order?
Our products make fabulous gifts and we love the idea of you spoiling your loved ones with us. We offer a gift-wrapping service for £5/$5/€5 per order. Please select the gift-wrapping option at checkout and if you have any special requests please email us at care@lacremebeaute.com and we will try our utmost to accommodate them.
What are Beauté points?
We are eternally grateful for the trust and support of our incredible customers. You are the reason we began our journey, and you’re the reason we’re still here. To show our appreciation, we have a loyalty rewards scheme that allows you to accrue Beauté points with every order. Earn 5 pence in Beauté points per £1 spent. Apply your Beauté points at checkout for money off your bag value or wait until your next purchase is entirely on us!
Where can I get samples?
We love to share the love and we know it’s hard to try everything at once! We send out 2 free product samples with every order so you can see for yourself what else is in our treasure trove. Please add a note at checkout to request any specific samples you would like.
Can I try your products in a salon or spa?
Yes you can! We have a treasured selection of aestheticians and boutique retailers around the UK, US and Canada that carry our line and use Lacrème Beauté products as part of their facial treatments. Please get in touch to ask us about whether there might be a facialist or store near you.
Where are your products made?
Our products are handmade in small batches by a dedicated team in the UK. Each product is made with a lot of love and intention that we believe adds to their power and magic.
What is the shelf life of your products?
We source the freshest ingredients possible and make all of our products in small batches to ensure that the product that reaches you is the freshest it can be. We recommend using our balms within 6 months of opening and all of our other products within 9 months of opening for the full benefit of their ingredients.
How should I store my products?
We recommend keeping your products in a cool, dark environment, such as a bathroom cupboard or shelf away from direct sunlight. Our products do not require refrigeration but this can be an extra-deluxe treat, particularly in the heat of summer. We especially love keeping our Skin Revive Facial Mist in the fridge for a refreshing spritz throughout the day!
Are all of your products cruelty free?
Our brand is built on a deep love and respect for nature and we strive to source the best ingredients for both your skin and the environment. None of our ingredients or products are tested on animals.
All of our Ingredients are vegan, with the exception of bee venom and bee’s wax. Our bee venom is harvested ethically by apitherapists in Kenya, in a process that causes no harm to the individual bees or the function of the hive. You can find more information about our bee venom and how it is obtained in the Our Ingredients page. Our beeswax is certified organic and its collection is safe for the bees who make it.
Are your products organic?
We believe in the power of nature and are committed to sourcing the best possible ingredients, both for your skin and for the earth in which they are grown. Wherever possible our ingredients have organic certification, and we avoid any artificial fragrance, colours, fillers or other toxic additives in our formulas.
